Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.
How to Start a Return

Email us with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll request a return with our supplier (BrandsGateway) and send you return instructions.

Once approved, ship the item back within 14 days using a tracked courier (UPS, DHL, or FedEx).

After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method in about 5 business days.
Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, and with original tags and packaging.

Change-of-mind returns are allowed; the customer covers return shipping.

Damaged or wrong item? Send photos when you contact us—return shipping is covered for approved cases.

Items marked pre-owned/used or non-returnable are not eligible.

Returns sent to an incorrect warehouse may incur a 20% restocking fee.
Wholesale Orders (Bulk Buyers)

Defective or mis-shipped items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Approved returns are covered for shipping; refunds are processed in ~5 business days via the original method.
Refunds

Refunds exclude original shipping (unless the return is due to our error).

Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear.
Exchanges

To exchange, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
International Orders

The same 14-day policy applies.

Any duties/taxes are non-refundable; returns must use a tracked courier.

If a return is rejected (late shipment, signs of wear), the item may be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
